Johann Sebastian Bach Toccata & Fugue in D minor, BMV 565

Hearing the strains of the organ in this exalted piece brings me back to my childhood, age 11, in Aix-en-Provence. My mother and I had been visiting family, and we went sightseeing to a local church where the organist was playing this piece. It was a sunny, cool afternoon, and Aix-en-Provence smelled of lavendar.
